KEY FEATURES of REWARDS PROGRAM

  • Easy to join – just enter name and phone number in the tablet in a store, or have a sales associate enter your information for you.
  • Points are easier than ever to earn. Customers joining the program receive one point for every one dollar spent on product in one of our participating DFW area stores.
  • Once 300 points have been collected, the customer may redeem the points for $10 off the next purchase in a DFW-area store, and no minimum purchase is required to use the $10. Early redemption and “super saver” redemption awards are also available.
  • Customers may receive additional VIP discounts and coupons by text after joining this program, as well as getting rewarded for purchases. Customer must reply YES to text message after signing up.
  • This is not a nationwide program. Only valid at participating locations in the Dallas-Forth Worth area.

 

 

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Transition from stamp cards to new program
    1. All completed stamp cards with 30 stamps will be honored for 20% off until 12/31/2017.
    2. Existing stamp cards may be traded in for points according to the following schedule:
      1. 0-10 stamps = will receive 10 points for every stamp in the new program. 100 points maximum. Card is surrendered.

      2. 11-20 stamps = 10% Off or 10 points for every stamp applied in the new program. Card is surrendered.

      3. 21-28 stamps = 15% Off or 10 points for every stamp applied in the new program. Card is surrendered.

      4. 28-29 stamps = 20% Off or 10 points for every stamp applied in the new program. Card is surrendered.

    3. Stores will no longer stock stamp cards and cannot issue new cards in place of participating in the digital program. No stamps will be added to existing cards after program commencement.

  2. Earning Points
    1. 1 point will be given for each $1 spent in a participating store, after discounts and before sales tax.

    2. Points are awarded manually by a sales associate at the time of purchase, and customers need to alert associates if they are a member of the program as it is not automatic at this time.

    3. Less than full dollar amounts do not earn points. In other words, a purchase of $3.49 before tax will receive 3 stamps. Most items we sell are in full dollar amounts.

    4. Returns are deducted from point totals.

    5. Points may not be earned on transactions where points have been used.

  3. Redeeming Points
    1. Customers may use points according to the following schedule:

      1. Standard – 300 points used for $10 off next purchase.

      2. Early – 200 points used for $5 off purchase.

      3. “Super saver”-400 points used for 20% off next purchase maximum discount of $40.

    2. When points are redeemed, they will be subtracted from the customer’s point total. Example: Jane has 360 points and wants to take $10 off her purchase of a $15 purse. Her point balance will be reduced 300 points to 60 points, and the purchase will show $15 discounted to $5 on the receipt.

    3. Points are not valid toward previously purchased merchandise or the purchase of gift cards. Points may not be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with other in-store discounts and promotions (this is a limitation of our Point of Sale system).

  4. Marketing
    1. Customers opting into the text portion of the program agree to receive operational, marketing, and promotional texts.

    2. Marketing texts may include notices of upcoming events, such as Final Clearance Sales, special promotions and such. Customers should not receive texts more than about once or twice per month.

    3. To later opt-out of the text marketing, text STOP to 817-402-2050.
    4. Additional coupons and discounts, such as birthday offers, may be sent by text as a reward for being an opt-in member of the Customer Appreciation Program texting club.
    5. All text coupons and discounts have specified terms and conditions that may include expiration dates, dollar limits, or limits on the items they can used to purchase.

    6. All discounts, coupons, and promotions have specific rules. Please see local store for full details.

  5. Expiration of points/non-participation
    1. Customers who have not received or used points in a participating location in the past 9 months will no longer receive marketing texts or coupons.

    2. Customers who have not received or used points in a participating location in the past 15 months will be dropped from the program and unused point balances will be deleted.

  6. Legal & Other
    1. The Customer Appreciation program is a gift to our customers and is not an earned right or entitlement. Plato’s Closet may, at its sole discretion, apply, interpret, terminate, alter, limit or modify this program and/or any other program rules, regulations, terms& conditions, or other benefits at any time, without notice.

    2. No purchase is necessary to join, but changes in point balances require a purchase or return transaction.

    3. Points are not transferrable or replaceable. Associates cannot find customer data if the customer’s phone number is changed/forgotten and point balances and coupons cannot be replaced due to loss of a phone number or deleted texts. Points, coupons and other discounts are for a single use only.

    4. Plato’s Closet employees may not participate in this program.

    5. Resellers are prohibited from participating in this program for points. If you purchase items for resale, we reserve the right not to award points, or to deduct points from your account balance and/or terminate your membership.

    6. Program accounts may be voided if the member has engaged in deception, forgery, fraud or other abuses of the program.

    7. Text coupons must be presented on a cell phone to be redeemed. Screen shots may not be used. Forwarded texts may not be used.

  7. Privacy Notice
    • All Customer data is private and encrypted. Plato’s Closet does not sell or otherwise distribute customer appreciation program data. Customer data is made available to the third party program administrator and the individual store owners who manage the accounts.
